Sale
The Seller provides Customers with a distance selling service for Goods and Digital Goods, with Delivery carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The subject of the Sales Agreement includes the Seller’s obligation to transfer ownership of the Goods and Digital Goods to the Customer and to deliver them, and the Customer’s obligation to collect the Goods and Digital Goods and pay the price to the Seller.
Use of Digital Content requires a device with Windows 10 or later, an internet browser supporting HTML5, and software capable of opening PDF files (for example Adobe Reader).
The Seller reserves the right to conduct promotional campaigns, in particular by reducing the price of Goods, Digital Goods or Services until a specified date or until promotional stock is exhausted.
The Seller is entitled to grant Buyers discounts, reductions or other price-related preferences at its own discretion, particularly within promotional campaigns. Details of promotional campaigns are specified in separate promotional regulations published on the relevant Goods or Digital Goods page and in the footer of the Store’s website.
The Buyer is not entitled to demand discounts or price reductions that do not arise from an official promotional campaign.
Whenever the Seller announces a price reduction for Goods or Digital Goods, the Seller shall also provide information about the lowest price applied within the 30 days preceding the reduction. If a product has been offered for sale for less than 30 days, the Seller will display the lowest price applied since the beginning of its sale.
By concluding the Sales Agreement, the Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods and Digital Goods to the Customer free from defects.
The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the Customer’s order.
The fulfilment time for dispatch of Goods or Digital Goods may change if the Customer modifies the order.
Goods are delivered:
- if the Customer selects Delivery via a Carrier — on Business Days to the address provided by the Customer,
- if the Customer selects Delivery to a parcel locker — on Business Days to the parcel locker selected by the Customer.
Detailed information regarding delivery methods, carriers and costs is published on the Store website and presented during the ordering process.
Goods are dispatched only after payment has been received.
Confirmation of dispatch may be sent to the Customer via email.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer upon delivery.
If the Customer selects delivery by Carrier, it is recommended that the parcel be checked in the presence of the Carrier.
If damage is detected, the Customer has the right to request a damage report from the Carrier.
Digital Goods
The Seller provides Digital Goods to the Customer immediately after conclusion of the Agreement unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Digital Goods may be provided in exchange for:
- payment of the Price indicated in the Digital Goods description, or
- provision of personal data by the Buyer, which constitutes a form of payment.
Before concluding the agreement, the Buyer will be clearly informed about the form of payment required for the Digital Good.
If payment consists of personal data, the Customer will be informed about:
- the scope of data processing
- the purpose of processing
- the legal basis
- the storage period
- the right to withdraw consent.
According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the agreement in the following cases:
- digital services fully performed with the Customer’s consent before the withdrawal deadline,
- digital content not supplied on a physical medium where delivery begins with the Customer’s explicit consent.
By purchasing Digital Goods, the Customer consents to immediate performance of the agreement before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges loss of the right of withdrawal.
This consent is granted by ticking the relevant box when placing an order.
Digital Goods are considered delivered when the Customer receives access to them or the means enabling download.
The Seller sends the Customer an email containing an active download link or instructions on how to access the Digital Good.
If the Customer provides an incorrect email address or blocks email delivery, the Seller is not responsible for non-delivery.
Payments
The payment amount is determined based on the prices of Goods or Digital Goods displayed on the Store website at the moment the order is placed.
Prices displayed in the Store are gross prices expressed in euro (EUR) and include VAT but exclude delivery and transaction costs.
Delivery costs and transaction costs are borne by the Customer.
The total order price shown in the shopping basket includes:
- the price of Goods or Digital Goods
- taxes
- delivery costs
- transaction costs.
The Seller offers the following payment methods:
- cash on delivery via carrier
- bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account (EUR)
- cash or BLIK when collecting the Goods in person
- electronic payments via Przelewy24
- electronic payments via PayPal
Electronic payments are processed via Przelewy24 operated by PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań.
Payments via PayPal are processed by PayPal S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.
The Seller reserves the right to introduce or temporarily disable payment methods.
Payment deadlines:
- cash on delivery — at the moment of delivery
- bank transfer — within 7 days
- online payment — at the moment of placing the order
- invoice payment — according to the invoice deadline
- personal collection — upon collection.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Refunds are processed within 14 days in the following cases:
- withdrawal from the agreement
- cancellation of an order
- accepted complaint.
Refunds are made to the bank account provided by the Customer.
If the order included free shipping, only the product price is refunded. The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Customer.
Discount Codes
The Seller may provide discount codes within promotional campaigns or individual arrangements.
Discount codes:
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- may be used once
- cannot be combined with other promotions
- cannot be used simultaneously with other discount codes.
To use a discount code, the Customer must enter the code in the “Coupon code” field in the basket.
Products purchased using discount codes may still be returned under standard return rules.
Refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price.
Complaints
The Customer may submit a complaint based on:
- statutory warranty
- non-conformity of goods with the agreement.
Complaints may be submitted by:
- post.
The complaint should include:
- Customer contact details
- proof of purchase
- description of the issue
- requested solution.
The Seller will respond within 14 days.
If necessary, the Customer may be asked to return the Goods.
Returned goods must be properly secured for transport.
The Seller may repair, replace or refund the product depending on the situation.
Withdrawal from the Agreement
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The Consumer must return the Goods:
- unused
- undamaged
- in original packaging
- with all accessories.
The Consumer bears the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
